Liberty And Paternalism LIBERTY AND PATERNALISM John Stuart Mill and Gerald Dworkin have intelligibly opposing views on legal paternalism in that Mill is adamantly against any form of paternalism, whereas Dworkin believes that there do exist mess in which paternalism is justified.
