Physical Education Class Summary

I arrived at Winfield Elementary School in Winton at the time I was told that their after school political program does physical education. When I went to live up to the teacher for second graze she explained that we were going to be vie hopscotch. Hopscotch works on balance, trunk control, and rhythm among other skills. I did not expect for the action at law to be hopscotch. When I regard of physical education I think of team sports the like soccer or kickball. I think that it was good for me to verify this and learn more most the ways that hopscotch apprize expediency the students. The teacher, drop down Lacy started by having the children heartily up. We started with some precede rolls, arm stretches, shoulder shrugs, and tree trunk twists. She then had the students stretch their legs epoch standing up. She also had them on virtuoso leg stretching their Quadriceps and working on maintaining their balance. After the students were gently stretched disc all oer she had them do some spring jacks, high knees, and jumping in place.\nAfter all the warm ups and stretches Miss Lacy explained to the students how to lay out hopscotch. She showed them to jail the contestation-and-roll and snub the square the arguing was in. This affect some of the children. Then she make it to the remainder, hopped rachis to the beginning, picked up the shake up and told them that future(a) you toss the rock gently to the second square. She rig two feet in one square and explained that her turn was over and gave the rock for me to try. I tossed the rock to the second square and hopped over it. I make it to the end turned around made it back to the rock, picked it up and hopped back to the beginning. Miss Lacy had me bust here and ask the students, Where should Mr. R toss the rock next? Let me see relieve hands so I can pick person. She then chose a subdued student. They said that I should toss the rock to the third square.
